Strategi dan Kapasitas Inovasi Kebijakan Smart City di Kota Tanjungpinang

Konsep Smart City menjadi solusi bagi pemerintah daerah dalam menghadapi permasalahan perkotaan. Namun, realisasi visi Smart City di berbagai kota masih menemui kendala. Di Kota Tanjungpinang, implementasi Smart City masih terfragmentasi dan belum terintegrasi dengan baik dalam tata kelola pemerintahan. Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi dan kapasitas Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang dalam mewujudkan Smart City. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif digunakan untuk memahami strategi dan kapasitas inovasi kebijakan Smart City di Tanjungpinang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diperlukan regulasi yang berfokus pada Smart City serta kolaborasi antara pemangku kepentingan. Pemerintah perlu menjalankan strategi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dalam melaksanakan inovasi kebijakan Smart City meliputi penguatan koordinasi dan kolaborasi antar pemangku kepentingan, peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, monitoring dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan, serta penyediaan anggaran yang memadai. Dengan penerapan strategi dan peningkatan kapasitas yang tepat, Smart City Tanjungpinang diharapkan dapat berkembang optimal dan memberikan manfaat nyata bagi masyarakat, mewujudkannya sebagai kota yang cerdas, maju, dan berbudaya.
